I had the pleasure of interviewing Ron Henry, Chief Development Office for North Fulton Hospital and Kamela Sooknanan, RN Associate Administrator of Clinical Quality Improvement for North Fulton Hospital.

Both Ron and Kamela have work diligently to increase the quality of care for the senior patients who enter into care at North Fulton Hospital.

We met to discuss an outreach program that they have developed to bridge the lines of communications between the hospital and the senior living communities that serve the patients being admitted to North Fulton Hospital.

The outreach program is 3 pronged:

1.	Care Transitions Task Force-which is made up of clinical representatives from a senior community. North Fulton is currently seeking more communities to become involved in the task force. If your community is interest in becoming involved in the solution to care for seniors please contact Kamela Sooknanan at (770) 751-2973 or email to kamela.sooknanan@tenethealth.com.
2.	Senior Care Network
3.	ACE Unit

To learn details about each of the three components to this cutting edge approach to senior care, be sure to watch the video…

Commercial Lending Solutions successfully arranges financing for a local restaurant

Woodstock, GA — The Atlanta based company Commercial Lending Solutions, LLC announced today that it has successfully arranged financing for the expansion of Tuscany Grill restaurant in the Town Center area. The transaction was a SBA 7A loan, utilized for the purchase and build out of the new location located just a block away from the current location. The new address is 250 Cinema Way in Woodstock, GA and is scheduled to open in mid-to-late July 2010.

Commercial Lending Solutions worked exclusively on behalf of the borrowers to secure the loan through a Georgia-based community bank. Regarding the transactions, Commercial Lending Solutions president Erica Parker stated “In light of the current lending environment, the successful closing of this transaction is a testament to both the strength and quality of our clients, as well as the deep relationships we have developed with our funding sources.”

Commercial Lending Solutions first understands your cause, and then they invest in it. Through a proprietary service called PROPEL, they build the business case for the right lender to extend favorable terms and conditions to their clients. It’s the difference between yes and no, success and failure. Working with a wide variety of lenders, Commercial Lending Solutions finances transactions ranging from $500,000 to more than $50 million with a focus on Senior Living Communities.

For inquires, please contact Erica Parker at eparker@clscause.com or visit www.clscause.com.
