It’s that time again!! CLS is gearing up for the next “Causeway Tour”. On Wednesday April 28th 8:00am-noon.

If you would like a first-hand look at the world of commercial real estate investing, you need to “Get on the Bus”.

Unlike residential real estate investing, where most people can at least relate to the process from purchasing their own home, commercial real estate investing plays by a different set of rules. As a result, many people will overlook it as the investment of choice, because they don’t think they can afford to play in that arena or don’t have the know how to get started. With a little education, you can see where commercial real estate can offer a more stable investment vehicle with larger growth potential.

As your hosts, we know that these types of programs are not always that lively, so we’ve integrated some fun activities to help you learn and meet the other people on the tour. We firmly believe that getting to know other investors and professionals in the commercial real estate arena will help you in your education process. Not everyone one on the bus will be a first time investor, as we have clients, financial planners and accountants that also want to see the properties for some of their clients.

If you want to reserve your spot, then you’ll want to rsvp today before the bus is full.

There is a $47 investment to participate in the program, which covers your meal, the education, the networking and the tour. It’s a small price to pay for this great opportunity to see properties, understand the process and meet the other participants. Visit our website and watch the video of the one of the previous tours.Causeway Tour

At Commercial Lending Solutions, we promise to PROPEL the business case for qualified borrowers to gain acceptance of optimal lenders so business owners and commercial real estate investors can experience a successful closing and realize their greater professional purpose.

Commercial Lending Solutions is unique because nobody else offers PROPEL–Progressive Review and Opportunity Proposal for Excellence in Lending.

We are unique in the commercial lending industry because of our exclusive service to borrower and lender called PROPEL. Some brokers offer an executive summary, but the affect is not very compelling. Our propriety service is propelling, increasing the likelihood of closing with favorable terms & conditions.

We first understand your cause, then invest in it. We make a propelling case for the optimum lender, advancing your deal to closing table.
