Woodstock, GA — The Atlanta based company Commercial Lending Solutions, LLC announced today that it has successfully arranged financing for the expansion of Tuscany Grill restaurant in the Town Center area. The transaction was a SBA 7A loan, utilized for the purchase and build out of the new location located just a block away from the current location. The new address is 250 Cinema Way in Woodstock, GA and is scheduled to open in mid-to-late July 2010.

Commercial Lending Solutions worked exclusively on behalf of the borrowers to secure the loan through a Georgia-based community bank. Regarding the transactions, Commercial Lending Solutions president Erica Parker stated “In light of the current lending environment, the successful closing of this transaction is a testament to both the strength and quality of our clients, as well as the deep relationships we have developed with our funding sources.”

“Whenever I hear some folks who have just been taking taxpayer bailout money suddenly say ‘what, what, what do you want from me?’ When I hear stories about small businesses and medium-sized businesses not being able to get loans. Despite wall street being backed very properly, that tells me that people aren’t thinking about their obligations, our mutual obligations to each other and the fact that we’re in this together.” President Obama
