We expedite the approval process by acting as the liaison between the bank/business and the SBA.
Prior to submission, we will:
-Assist banks in explaining the guaranteed loan programs to customers and prospects
-Assess eligibility and likelihood of approval by the SBA
-Clear eligibility issues
-Prepare paperwork for submission to the SBA
-Track the loan through the approval process
-Work directly with SBA on behalf of lender/borrower
Once the loan is approved, we will assist with facilitating the closing process and help banks preserve their guarantee by:
-Reviewing SBA’s Authorization and acknowledging its guarantee of the loan
-Preparing closing checklist
-reviewing SBA closing documents
-Attending closing when needed
