Causeway Tour!!

 Come join other investors as we tour income Generating properties.

Highlights:

·     We will visit 3-4 Commercial Properties on the tour.

·     A detailed description of each property will be provided.

·     The estimated cost of any rehab needed will be provided.

·     There will also be a commercial appraiser, and commercial inspector on board to answer any questions.

This is an Introduction to Commercial Real Estate.

You will learn how to determine whether or not a property is generating adequate cash-flow. You will also learn how the banks qualify these property types.

The cost of the tour is $47/ per person which includes Lunch.
