Commercial Lending Solutions successfully arranges financing for a local restaurant
Woodstock, GA — The Atlanta based company Commercial Lending Solutions, LLC announced today that it has successfully arranged financing for the expansion of Tuscany Grill restaurant in the Town Center area. The transaction was a SBA 7A loan, utilized for the purchase and build out of the new location located just a block away from the current location. The new address is 250 Cinema Way in Woodstock, GA and is scheduled to open in mid-to-late July 2010.
Commercial Lending Solutions worked exclusively on behalf of the borrowers to secure the loan through a Georgia-based community bank.
