Economic “Spring Time”

This weather is driving me crazy. Warm, cold, cold, warm, make up your mind already!! Just when you think you can put away the winter clothes, the temperature drops again. Much like the climate we deal with in the physical realm, the economic climate has been equally unpredictable. The cold weather in the South East has been around way too long and so has the credit freeze. But just as I have been able to enjoy a few warm days here and there I have also been able to see a few “rays of sunshine” in Commercial Loans. Lenders are beginning to evaluate transactions again. Slowly but surely we are gaining momentum, Just 2 weeks ago we were able to get a loan approved for a restaurant. Could it be that we are experiencing a “Credit Thawing” period. Dare I say that “Spring is on the Horizon”? I sure hope so!!
