I'll add one more caveat and that is OBJECTIVITY. Responsible consultants allow management to view their business more objectively, without bias or emotion. This permits change to occur from the inside-out, a far more powerful resolve that leads to a perpetual improvement process. Thanks for the spark for renewed thinking on my value to customer.
